I believe that through energy work and coaching, individually applied or through a well balanced combination of both, it is possible to achieve transformation and healing in my client's lives. As a result their lives become aligned with their passions. This in turn results in them accepting and enjoying their lives, being successful at work, in their professions as well being able to maintain meaningful relationships.
What we do
Energy Work
Energy work including Qigong, Reiki and Seichim are very beneficial healing tools. They enable us to de-stress and give the body, mind and spirit an opportunity to heal. Healing energy is particularly helpful when dealing with chronic pain, like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, cancers, and a variety of other chronic conditions.
Coaching
When we are in the midst of a challenging situation it is often difficult for us to see all our options and possibilities. This is where a coach is invaluable! As your coach I can assist you in seeing outside of the box. Together we can brainstorm, set goals, explore potential paths to reach those goals and map out a plan of action. Coaching works for individuals who want to live their lives with passion, joy and spirit! Transform YOUR life!
